Front and Back flex pic

So, honest opinions please :)
On the front pics, im rotating the scapulae upwards, so the traps kinda dissapear, but the lats pop out :p

These are taking in a different room with very different light than pics i have taken before, so comparing is hard, but i definitly think i have gotten more defined, spechally the back, some muscles are starting to pop out. The 6 pack still has a way to go though :p

Im thinking of using the back pic as my avatar, but i dont know if i want to let go of the hat..

no idea, sorry. Its pretty hard to get an accurate reading. It love to find out though, but i dont know where around here they offer something thats accurate.
 
Well your proportion and muscular layout looks pretty solid Karky. I really like how you lats are coming along.

I do love that hat avatar but you should have pride and sport the back!

im about 6'4 and 180 lbs, ive been cutting recently down from 194. Eventually i want to be around 200lbs and lean, still a way to go, but im gonna get there.
 
your where im at then like im 185, 190 and 6'2" n want to be 200 but all muscle.

how are you cutting. what got you to look like that. cuz i wanna loose my gut.

were you fat b4 or skinny and then bulked up

i was skinny, then bulked up. And for the cutting part, i just ate less, pretty simple.

In my avatar i was about 15 i think + i tried to look young, its the point of the pic :p now im 18.

If you search for threads by karky in this photo forum you should find some old back pics of me. But like i said, they were taking under very different light, thats why i dident post them in this thread.
 
lol, thanks :p i kinda hate being so tall in one way (the muscle and lifting way) but in one way i like it, its cool being tall. :D
alot of my heigt is from my femurs, which makes squ atting hell.
 
karky!!! holy crap! your a beast!!!! in my opinion, you look elite!!! youv got a great build on you man; thats what im talking about. can you post some stats here on your lifts?
 
deadlift 319.5lbs
Bench 187lbs (i consider this my weak lift, always been hard for me to progress on the bench, but hey, atleast i keep my ass on the bench, unlike most others at my gym :p)
Squat: no idea, i havent maxed out since the car accident, quad strenght got pretty crippled, but its on its way back up.

BW: about 180 lbs
 
what about chinups or pullups? rows? you didnt get that back with just deads didya? :p

and i couldnt find your old back pics :/ il keep looking though :)
 
i dont have any max on those, but i do them, ofcource ;) I tried testing my max pullups here at home with a shoulder width grip, i got to 10, then my mom said dinner was read.. What can i say, i was hungry.. :D
