So, honest opinions please 
On the front pics, im rotating the scapulae upwards, so the traps kinda dissapear, but the lats pop out
These are taking in a different room with very different light than pics i have taken before, so comparing is hard, but i definitly think i have gotten more defined, spechally the back, some muscles are starting to pop out. The 6 pack still has a way to go though
Im thinking of using the back pic as my avatar, but i dont know if i want to let go of the hat..
