I got up to 240 at my max and after two years of ups and downs this is where I am. Sat at 220 for 4 months. Spent 6 months at 200, then I started to eat healthy. and workout a lot. After 4 months my weight only went down to 195 but every person I see says I look way better than at 200. I cant see any change since 240 in mirror so I have to get proffessional help.
How am i doing so far.
