So, I finally did it, lost those darn pregnancy pounds, and I did it in about 8 months. Eliptical Trainer has become my best friend. I went from 220 lbs to 147 lbs. After two kids I was down in the dumps and husband and I were going through seperation... i just decided to hop on the eliptical and just start running. I drank protein shakes and had a calorie deficit of about 500 calories per day. I really monitored my food intake and water consumption. I even drank protein shakes.
Over the past 5 years i have tried to lose the weight and just failed every time, until now..so I am pretty proud of myself for losing it. I feel lighter on my feet and I love buying those cute jeans and am even in a size 9 jeans in some brands.
Please tell me what you think, am I thin enough to rock a bikini just yet?? As bad as this sounds I'm still very self conscious and still think I am that "fat" girl I was 4 months ago.. its so hard to wrap my head around...
