Freshman 15

Hi everyone, my name is Eddie and I'm turning 20 in a few months.I am about 5 foot 7 (174 cm?) and weigh 84kg (185 pounds). As a male it is not bad but this is where the sad part comes in: my waist is 37 inches and I have very little muscle.
I was always on the chubbier side all my life but never too bad. I probably looked the best in highschool, where I did weightlifting. Then I started UNI where I had little time for myself and ate whatever was around (junk food) and was also stressed. I lost all my muscle and gained about 15 pounds (7kg).
I tried losing weight several times but had trouble motivating myself. My brain tells me I need to lose weight but my body doesn't. Also this picture could summarize most of my failures:
 
haha ..... the pic is sooooooo true and funny....n also perfect for my failures .... Mom and her awesum cookin or her constant purchase of tasty snacks !!

But nowwwwwww I have gained control ... I have learnt to say a NO .... and finally my diet has changed.... and Eddie u can do this too .... I started doin this about 20 days back ... and have joined a gym ... workout for approx 2 hours a day .... and my bodys a lot toned up now...
