Fresh Start!

Hi All

I was a member of this forum ages ago during a time of great fitness ideas...but nothing every materialised.

However it seems my life has become rather more active in the last 12 months. Im Playing football once a week. Climbing once a week. Cycling once a week. (Llandeglla forest mainly). Drumming two/three times a week. Gym twice (full sessions) and three short bursts. As well as a manual job.

So im back at the gym but this time with realistic expectations.

My gym instructor is probably one of the best I've had yet. Knows exactly what he is talking about.

My fitness goals are all based around cycling and climbing as well as general fitness. No great aims to be a body builder or achieve "perfection" but some toning and belly reduction and I'll be happy.
