Fresh meat

Hi
I'm interested in becoming more involved in my fitness. A little support would be great! So I started to excercise on a regular basis about a year ago, have been maintaining a healthier diet, and have gotten pretty comfortable with my body, but would like to know more.

Any thoughts are welcome!

Why are you exercising and getting fit? Atheltics, looks, recovery from some injury?

I usually do treadmill cardio for about 45 minutes, 5 days a week, and then 30-45 minutes of pilates/yoga for toning. I have a set fo 2 lb. weights and a private gym offered through my work. I'd like to gain more definition, but still look as feminine as possible.

Over the past year, I have lost 47 lbs. and would like to lose about another 20. I am currently 5'9" and weight approximately 159. I really am looking for advise on weight training more than anything, but of course, I will try anything new as long as it is healthy.
