This may be a bit gross, but this is a serious question i need answered.
If, say, you needed to go to the toilet (no. 2) but for whatever reason it wasn't possible, or there wasn't a toilet around or whatever, and you "held it in" ... would this waste eventually be restored as fat in the body ? If you didn't excrete in a few days would all that waste end up being fat on your body ?
I ask this because when i was a younger kid, around 10-13, i used to have this weird thing about going to the toilet. For some reason i felt far more comfortbale "holding it in" (even in my own house, when there was a toiley 2 metres away!) than actually going to the toilet. Often i would only go to the toiley once every 2/3 days. These days (I'm now 18) I'm quite a large guy, and have been ever since those ages i mentioned before .. do you think some of this could be contributed to my lacking of using the bathroom ?
Also a follow-on question, now that this is the case, would my metabolism have slowed down A LOT over the past years because my body knows this waste isn't properly being excreted ? If so, what's the best way to get it back kicking again ? I've heard from a lot of people that if you've had an amount of wieght on your body for several years, the body tries very hard not to give it up, and I've had my gut and flabby breasts for a few years now, and I'm worried that no matter what i do, my body won't give them up. I've tried eating a LOT less for a week or so at a time, but nopthing happens. Any help would be appreciated.
