Heya everyone!! 
I came here to find support and if possible diet friends who could add me on Facebook/Skype/whatsapp so we can follow each other easily
I'm Morgane, 21, 5"8, and I started a diet at the very end of june this year.
I gained 13lbs last year because I went studying in Dublin and as I was on my own, I didn't really eat and cook healthy meals.
Was at 169lbs at the end of june. Now at 158lbs (I don't think I am losing weight fast do I? :/ )
My goal is to be 130lbs.
I've never really been thin since I was 6 years old. Always was in the bit overweight/nearly overweight range but I would like to change for good!
The less I've ever weighted was 150lbs 2 years ago. Before that, I used to be 179lbs.
I'm not really doing any particular diet - just eating healthy meals, way less calories a day than I used to eat, but still trying to eat starches, vegetables, good fats, carbs and everything so my body gets what it needs - just the reduced version
Also planned to go to some of my uni fitness classes when I'm back in Dublin early september
I hope I can find some people with who I can share my diet journey - really need it!
