Hello board!

I'm a clydesdale road bike rider, been riding 7 years, 1 year off due to ruptured lumbar disc. IMO 70-80 lbs overweight, goal is 200 lbs. Last January I was at 225 in in less than 12 months gained 50lbs.

Quit smoking for the 10 thousanth (sp) time just before T-Giving & gained additional 10 lbs.

Tired of being tried I hired a PT at my local Y, he's kicking my butt and its showing. In just 3 weeks I feel a difference in my muscle mass, especially my upper body. I have fallen in love with the burn, is there a 12 step program for this? It may become an issue! Due to my cycling my quads are like giant Sequoia tree trunks.

I'n a nutshell, that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Glad the board is here and I WILL use "search" first.
