Hey Guys...Im John im 24 years old and ive finally finished my Workout trainer graduature ...sorry for my bad english but im portuguese and sometimes i tipe wrong ^^,

now lets go to the point...

Have you ever dreamed of having a perfect body???

Here i will show you some Basic steps to work your body.

1- Be sure you really want to have a good looking body

2- Make sure you will do it for yourself and not for everyone else

3- Eat healthy food and leave Mc.Donalds behind...

4- Dont EVER Skip any meal EVER!!!

5- Eat: Fruit,Vegetables, drink Water and make a 10~15mins Run or 30~45mins Walk Everyday

6- Dont Ever Consume Drugs to get your muscles Bigger
