Okay everyone. Here is my deal.
I got my wife a trip for Christmas and I need to get in shape. I'm 5'9", 175-180 lbs. BMI, body fat %.....no idea. The online calculators have placed me anywhere between healthy and morbidly obese, so whatever. The "lovehandles" and belly are the main area I want to focus on, obviously....and I'd like to tone up my chest. What to do diet and exercise-wise? I have four months to do this in and am willing to try just about anything outside of ephed-filled supplements. Suggestions?
