My name is Jeremy. I joined up to see the before and after photos so I can see what others have accomplished. I'm 5'6" and floating around 225-230lbs and am sick of ill-fitting clothes and being self conscious. Just started lifting with a friend who is already in shape and can help me out so hopefully I can make some progress before long. My goal isn't set into stone but I will be happy when I hit 180lb which will still have too much fat but it's my first goal.

Have you changed your diet?
 
Ive cut out soda entirely, whole grains instead of white whenever possible and stopped eating junk from subway. Used to eat BMT's or meatball, now I get chicken breast with no cheese on 9-grain with veggies and sweet onion sauce. I know the sauce is probably terrible but I need some flavor on it. Along with a lot of small adjustments on all food choices.
