I have been weight traning for the last 14 months. I have seen pretty good results in the last few months. I changed workouts about 8 months ago and now I want to get more serious. Right now I am doing a workout every other day. I have started cycling again to cover cardio. Here is the current workout:
Squats-3 sets
Leg curl-3 sets
Bench press-2 sets
Bent over row-2 sets
Shrug-2 sets
Lateral raise-2 sets
Curls-2 sets
Extension-2 sets
I have been skipping the leg workouts recently due to the cycling. I really want more definition in the upper body but I don't really have any idea how to formulate a new workout so that I don't over work specific muscle groups. Ideally it will be a more than 3 day a week plan. Any thoughts?
