This is just a short post for those who think diet pills will help them lose weight. I'm just an average person being obese thats tried everything in the book. Ive taken Xenadrin, Hoodia, Stacker & Stacker 2, Alli, Phenfedrine & anythng else thats out there. THESE ARE A SCAM! The only thing they do is ruin your body & most are loaded with caffiene that make you think like your feeling better becuase your all crazy and energized. I fell for the scams of all these diet pills even after reading all the reviews that they are a waste of money. I too was at the end of my rope as far as losing weight & did everything possible esxcept hit the gym. Well let me tell you, the gym & lifestyle change are your best bets and most are free. Just eat better... stay away from fast food... give up pop all together & eat less fat & sugars. I have only recently decided that now is the time & Ive gone through this now for the last 11 years of my life & im done! I start work at 5am and theres 2 cinnamon rolls from cinnabon in the office, you think I touched them? NO! Becuase I am better then that & I can beat this & I will.... WE CAN DO THIS GUYS! :) Happy FRIDAY!

Hi Bdubedub,
That was an effective post.Ya...even i agree that the diet pills have a lot of side effects and are not really very effective. The best options would be to exercise, join a gym,go on diets or to join a fitness retreat.

Depending on the amount of weight one prefers to loose, any of the above options can be considered.

Regards
Peter

I do have to agree that there is alot of pills out there that are scams , but I know of one that is not . (and I know just how much I want to try and sell it to you but the mod writing this edit doesn't want me to get banned. How nice of him)

Love the spam... If there was a diet pill that worked we'd be on it. I'm thinking penicillin... when it first hit the market it revolutionized medicine.

Rock on! I'm glad that you brought your experience to the table! I've always known that pills were a scam and eating healthy is just heads and shoulders above anything else. Even if there was a perfect 'stay thin' drug, I love that I prove each and every day that I can go run 3 miles or lift that super heavy barbell, or go up the stairs without getting out of breath (that was my wake up call). You can't match the feeling of being fit with taking a pill to stave off the fat.

no.... im descovering slowly there is no miracle pill :0(

tried metranol..... packed full of caffeen which i then got hooked on, and full of chilli powder, which made my stomach very upset.........

tried cut n burns, which sooo built up my hopes because by day two, i didn't want food, think about food, crave anything... yep, i thought, i have finally cracked it, feeling like this i'll be a size 8 in no time.... yeah, it lasted a day, then that effect wore off, and i just felt ill, and again, full of caffeen....

tried appesat, chocomine, helix - no effect

acai berry - no effect just stomach cramps

oh yeah and the famous hoodia......... two weeks ago, took two, in one day as directed and have been ill ever since, not even any other effect on appetite, just pain....rang company up who very aptly said, well, sorry, you have to get used to them, your eating a cactus at the end of the day!

SO now, on doctors prescription of xenical... which have no appetite suppressor qualitys and just make you poooop oil... you can still eat exactly as you were before which just means you'll get tummy upsets, and you can't leave the house for fear of a nasty oily accident..... attractive. Have taken these before, and actually GAINED weight.. :0( so not holding out much hope this time.

The only thing I will say thats helping in a very vauge way, is chronium tablets, which the health shop lady advised i take last week. What they do is they regulate blood sugar, apparently a lot of diabetics take it, and it is helping me with my cravings just enough, that i feel i may be able to start to demonstrate some form of self control over my eating habbits, what ever happens i must change. I will never forget the episode of super fat vs super skinny, they did an interview with the largest lady in the world, a lady from america, she said this:

"that little voice, inside your head that tells you that your diet will start tommorow, tommorow you will change your eating habbits and do some exersize, THAT'S the voice, thats trying to kill you, because there is always another tommorrow, and before you know it, one day you'll wake up, looking like me"
