Hi, my name is Alison. I'm in between 5'6" and 5'7.5", but its been a LONG time since I've had my height taken properly. I'm about 150lbs, and while that isn't completely terrible for someone my height... it actually is pretty bad for me personally.
I have a very low amount of muscle mass, I am not toned at all. My friend, who is 5' and around my weight has a body that looks exactly like mine. She is beautiful, but it is kind of a depressor for me considering since I'm a lot more taller than her that I should carry my weight better, but I don't.
So I'm here, because you all seem like nice beautiful people who really inspire me!
My main motivation for losing the fat and toning up is that over the summer, I'm going to swim camp. I did water polo and competitive swimming for a few years when I was a bit younger, and I feel like taking up competitive swimming again. And I definitely don't want to be the biggest person at the camp. I wanna wear my super hot speedo with confidence and strut it on the deck.
