I tried doing hand stand push ups right now, struggled to get my self against the wall but managed to do some before losing my balance LOL
 
For those of you that think bodyweight is useless.

Sorry buddy but that video (and all 15 of his other videos) makes me doubt BW stuff even more.

Why does he always wear baggy pants in these clips?
Why are the loads of ab workouts and not a single second of legs?

Answer? I think it's because BW is fine for your weaker upper body but can't provide enough resistance to make decent lower body gains

I assume he did his leg workout somewhere when he was in the weights room. It's a 20 minute show and they have to pick and choose an entire days workout and condense it into that timeslot so they can't include everything. I didn't necessarily post this video to backup the point of this thread, it was just more of an excuse to post a good workout video. Everything he did was sport specific, which he and his trainers explain. You don't have to like it but at least you watched it. And he fights in those pants so imagine they're more than comfortable to work out in. There's your E-slap :argue:.

Yep agreed on the legs... barbell squats are king for legs... and probably king of all exercises...

BUT for upper body this stuff is way more impressive than big benching numbers to me...you can build upper body strength and muscle from BW exercises... there are far harder exercises than even the guy in this video does.... for example look up planche pushups!

Also i like this video... especially the first exercise... its EXTREMELY hard... for me at least:
 
What the...I swear his quoting you wasn't there when i posted my response, how embarrassing. LOL i guess i just assumed he was talking to me because his response was the one after mine.

I tried watching yours but all I see is load of Chinese writing and a clock counting down from 13hrs 10mins, weird
