Hi-I'm al60.I've just joined this forum because I've been reading some stuff on a weight loss site which suggests that you don't cut your calorie intake because the metabolism will just adjust and burn the new amount of calories,so you won't lose any weight. They suggest you keep shifting what you eat so that the metabolism burns what it thinks it is going to get.they claim to be offering a diet that includes "fat-burning foods" so that if you pay them they will tell you what to eat so your metabolism will start burning the fat in your body. I am skeptical about this so I want to ask if anyone has tried this method before I start paying out my hard-earned money!
