Well i found out for my age its kinda hard to keep track or all the calories i eat because i have no idea what all is in lettuce, green peppers, onions, and all of the veggies and fruits. I mean in the morning while im eating my cereal i count up everything then for dinner i try hard to.
If any of you would like to help me on this question here it goes, is it okay to eat 1 big meal for dinner and like 3 small ones or 4 small ones? Like you know how everyone eats 5-6 small portion meals well cant i just eat 1 big meal at dinner time like 2 meidum sized plates of food. For example Piece of chicken with spices on it, peas, wild rice with added carrots, and maybe also a baked potato. Would it be alright to like just eat the 1 baked potato and the 1 piece of chicken and on my 2nd plate have some more pea's and wild rice. TO me that sounds like alot but everyone eats small small portions. Do you guys know what i mean?
