hey just a quick question, i have got a good gym work out routine
day1:
bench flat 12 reps of 4 sets on all
incline bench
decline bench
incline bench flys
pec dec
squats
then rope pull down
stright bar pull down
triangle pull
50 x 4 sit ups
25 x 4 ab crunces
25 x 4 situp chair (dono name 1 were the bar comes across ur chest, ur seated and u have 2 lean forward)
not gona go in2 my day 2,3 but i work back, shoulders legs
thing is, i am unsure what to eat and when to eat to see the best results. i have been going the gym propely around 2-3 months and have noticed a good strenth increase, almost double from when i 1ststarted, but visual is not coming on as quick as i would like, i have not been eating the ight foods,
can some1 spare some time to right me out a diet plan, some good foods to eat? monrning dinner tea and after workout
i tried my own today
morning: branflakes with milk and a banna cut on top
dinner: tuna pasta with sweet corn a yogurt, half a pint of milk
tea: samon and veg
i am unsure if this food is any good?
