i can eat and eat and eat but im always still hungry after every meal.for example today for dinner i had a bowl of shrimp 2 chicken legs 2 steaks and corn and i was starving right after i ate. should i just keep eating or wait 2-3 hours to eat again.
 
You shouldn't eat until your full. More like %80. Try to get out of wanting to feel so full that your bloated or it is uncomfortable. This is something everyone should do not just weight lifters.

Instead of blindly eating figure out your BMR and start counting calories. In a few months easy you can get a good idea of the amount of calories your eating throughout the day.
