Hey, mostly jsut wanting to get a little bit more cut and leaner and jsut wanted to see if this plan is good
meal 1: egg whites
meal 2: protein shakes/ fruits
meal 3: rice with chicken
meal 4: veggies and fruits
meal 5: fish / maybe some chicken
also i will be taking xenadrine to help get down to the weight i want
