Food finds!

Hi! I'm new to the forum and am determined to stay the course this time, with all your help! I want to support my brothers and sisters here, too.

I live in Hawaii where I work as a writer. Weight loss has been my story on and off, as I'm sure it is with most of us. I'm married with a daughter in college.

I'm planning to go back to Weight Watchers soon, and one of my faves from my old meetings was the sharing of "food finds" so I thought I'd introduce myself by offering one. To me, a "food find" is something that, when you eat it, you don't feel like you're sacrificing good taste.

My food find for today is Flatout Bread. I am loving this flatbread, and I buy it in the supermarket, but yes, it's available online. Use the links from the main site:

These are about 100 calories but can be high enough in fiber to knock it down to 1 Weight Watcher point. They're GREAT for thin-crust pizza, yielding a nice big single serve for something like 200 calories, if you go easy on the low-fat cheese topping. Check them out!

English muffins and lots of things also work for pizza substitutes, of course.
