I am new here and am a bit confused about all the the meal and food advise out there. I was wondering if someone could please look at a day for me and see if I'm on the right track. Any advice is appreciated
First, I am currently 200lbs and want to get down to 130 - no set timeline.
So, today for example I ate:
Breakfast
Non-fat plain yogurt, cut up pineapple, ground flax seeds, coffee with milk (all measured) = 350 calories
Lunch
Roasted chicken, raw veggies, dip, tea with milk (all measured) = 300 calories
Dinner:
Quinoa, ground beef, veggies (all measured) = 400 calories
Desert:
Dried fruit (measured) = 100 calories
I dont do a lot of exercise - I basically walk to and from work which is about 35 minutes each way - so basically an hour of walking 5 days per week.
