Flexing

I read on menschoice.com that if you flex your muscles at different times during the day, for like 30 seconds for each muscle, your muscles will start being more noticeable. Does anyone know if it's true?
 
maybe it'll give em a quick pump, but i doubt it. i know if i work out biceps (pull day) hard around like 5 or 6pm and go out @ 9pm my biceps are bigger than normal w/some lil veins in thur(i got that pump)..
 
i can remember reading something about that. and from what i remember, i think its actually possible to build muscle that way. im not really sure though. also like, pushing against your own hands with eachother is also a way to workout, but once again, this is from a while ago. when i was watching this bodybuilding show on FitTV, the body builders said that they flex so hard, that they actually are sore and get a good workout from it. but, not really sure though.
