flavored water?

I've been trying to get myself to drink more water and less soda, yet even though this might work for a day or two, i always stop drinking a good amount of water after a few days. I was in the store the other day and saw the flavored waters... they still have aspartame in them, but theres no sodium, calories, anything. I was wondering if this is an ok replacement for water. i know the best way to get my water in for the day is just to drink water itself. but if i cant get myself to do this, i'd rather try something that i know i will stick with. thanks!

I'm not sure about the aspartame. However, crystal lite has the same lack of ingrediants, aspartame, and probabily cost much less than what you were looking at. Just a thought. Let me know what you hear about the aspartame.

Hello: I so relate to not liking the taste of plain water. For years my only source of liquid was Diet Coke. However, last year I made a commitment to get healthy and I knew I needed to drink more water but I have never liked the taste. My friend gave me a product she swears by called True Lemon which is 100% all natural granulated lemon. She found it at the place she works out and everyone there she said uses it. It has no calories or carbs or fat and no preservatives. It doesn't have any sugar either - it's just lemon and it comes in these handy packets that I take with me wherever I go. I swear - since I have been using True Lemon I drink about only one can a day now of Diet Coke - about 4 cans less than I used to. You can get a free sample of it at . It really helped me tolerate water and maybe it will help you too.
