Flat Belly Diet?

I was wondering if anyone has tried the flat belly diet and how it worked for them? I have lost about 85lbs just by exercise and watching what I eat, I'm only about half way there but I cant seem to lose much weight in my belly. From what I've read about this diet the foods you eat are supposed to trigger the weight loss mainly in your stomach and it's a 28 day program. I'm not looking for a miracle about how it promises you can lose up to 15 lbs in 28 days, but I'm really looking for something to target the weight loss in my belly.

strongly doubt it will work - youc annot pick you lose fat from - it comes off where it comes off.

I'd reevaluate your calorie intake if your weight loss has stalled

Is that the name of the actual diet? If you are eating a really healthy diet then it is possible to have a smaller middle section, but at the same time, wouldn't everything just get smaller anyway?

For me, I can see when I eat cheese, bread, anything fried how it effects my middle overnight. As long as I eat lots of raw veges my middle stays very small.

Sorry, probably not much help.

yes the diet is actually called "the flat belly diet". I think I'm just going to stick to what I'm doing, I'm still losing weight with diet & exercise I have just lost it mostly in my legs and butt! I'm sure it will eventually show in my stomach, because any other time I've lost weight that is where I show it first....I was just looking for something to target the weight loss there because I already do plenty of crunches trying to target the weight there.

Is there a site for this flat belly diet?

I've heard of the Flat Belly Diet. It's from Prevention Magazine. They had a special edition magazine just on the diet. There are a group of foods that help decrease belly fat. You are supposed to eat at least one of these foods at every meal.

At the time, I was looking at this and the Abs Diet. I've heard really good things about the Abs Diet, so I went with that one.

You can learn more by doing a Google search for Flat Belly Diet.

Or- and just a thought here- you can stop wating your time and go to the 'nutrition forum' and read some of the stickies there and change how you eat and live.....

Just a thought.

Flat Belly Diet

In order to give you a flat belly a diet will help. Any kind of diet will give you a falt belly, because you are decreasing your body fat and waistline. It doesnt matter which kind of diet you are on all of them willl help give you a flat belly.

You can't just target one area of your body to lose weight from, but if you want to get a flat belly you need to combine a healthy diet with exercise. Try and space out your meals to 6 small ones each day and make sure that you include plenty of fibre from fruits, vegetables, pulses and beans. These foods contain slow release carbohydrates that will keep you feeling full and eliminate toxins.
Stomach crunches if done regularly will tone your tummy muscles, but any form of exercise will help you to burn calories and lose weight.

Is this a long term thing or does it have a beginning and an end? I have heard of it but haven't looked into it.
