I've read a few threads around here, though it seems to fastest way to know what I want to know would be to ask, so here we go.
This is my 30 minute morning schedule -
Stretching
20 min run.
3 sets 10 Sit ups,
3 sets 10 push ups
3 sets 5 chin ups (Alright, I'm a pussy)
First - Is that light enough to do every day?
Should I eat before it? (I usually chow down on a muesli bar)
Now onto weights - I don't have a weight training routine, Can a generous genius here prescribe me a 1 hour full body workout that doesn't require much in the way of equipment (I can get my hands on some dumbells, that's it)
Finally - Diet. After my 30 minute thing mentioned above, I have cereal then some fruit around mid-morning
Salad or pasta for lunch.
Veges, fruit or a sandwich in the afternoon, and something meaty for dinner (along with more veg, or some pasta/rice).
That only just keeps up the status quo, so should I be eating larger meals or just be eating more often?
Am I missing any major foods I should get into to?
Any secret energy-riffic foods I should know about? (not just for exercise, I start work at 6 am!)
Rightio, cheers for any help. Back to the threads to see if any of my questions have already been answered
