i am new to this so i dont know exactly how this works but here it goes.I just delivered several months ago a 10 1/2pnd. baby and i never went back to the way it was before which he is my 3rd baby and after i had my other 2 i went back to normal but there were not as big either.I need tips or ideas on how i can get my private muscles tightened?
 
Kegel Exercises

Congratulations! I had a baby too 3 months ago weighing 9.2 pounds, not as big but big enough! Even though I ended up having a Caesarian, I did some research beforehand when I thought I was going to have a natural birth, and I came across what is called "kegel exercises", which seem to be pretty effective. Go and do a search in Google on it.

Also another idea would be to find new mother forums and websites where new mums are all talking about the same topics and you can find good answers there too. Unfortunately I think this website is more for people who are looking to exercise they arms, legs, abs, chest, etc... and not exactly that area of the body....
 
Talk to you doctor. An internet forum for weight loss and weight training is the wrong place to ask this question.
