JP Fitness 2006 Fitness Summit
The fourth annual JP Fitness Summit will take place on April 7-9 in Little Rock Arkansas. Outside of industry conferences, it is indeed rare for the average fitness enthusiast to have the ability to interact with multiple industry-defining experts, but the JP Fitness Summit has done it again in 2006! The summit’s tradition of drawing the top nationally renowned and respected fitness experts as speakers continues this year with Alwyn Cosgrove, Bill Hartman, and Lou Schuler all scheduled to attend. In addition, Zig Zeigler of Motion DNA Corporation will be bringing his cutting edge diagnostic testing that is used by professional sports teams for testing of those attending the summit.
The summit offers a relaxed, friendly atmosphere for men and women of all levels of training and knowledge to learn, converse, and exchange ideas relating to fitness, exercise, and nutrition. Theoretical lectures and applied practical training sessions are mixed with plenty of individual Q&A time and informal socializing to allow for unparalleled access to the latest fitness information and technology, directly from the experts leading the field. In 2005, participants were excited to hob-nob with the likes of Chad Waterbury, John Berardi and John Williams, and Lou Schuler and the buzz from that summit continues even today! The 2006 Summit promises to be THE talked about fitness event for the next year.
The 2006 Experts
Alwyn Cosgrove (CSCS. NASM, ACSM) earned collegiate degrees in Sports Science and Sports Performance, and has been recognized as a Master of Sports Sciences by the ISSA.
