Fitness Noob!

Hey guys!

I'v been reading around this forum for the last week now and it seems all of u guys know what your talking about so i decided it was time i posted.

Anyway I have been training for about 3 months now trying to make myself stronger on my upperbody and lowerbody.

After gaining a bit of muscle my main goal is to lose a few pounds ("cutting" i think is the word :p) so my muscles will show more than what they are now.

Here are my stats:

18 years old
Male
6,1
193 lbs
Bodyfat - unknown but would like to find out.

I hope I can achieve this goal with my hard work and your encouragement :)
