Fitness in parks

Hi everyone!

Greetings from down under. I'm an American who just got to Sydney a few weeks ago to study. I have a desire to start a fitness program in a park near my house. I'm wondering if there is anyone out there who has done the same and has any pointers.

The program would be for all levels, but I'm looking to attract more beginners. I'm not a certified personal trainer (I am a certified Pilates instructor) so I wouldn't do any boot camps or anything hard core. I just have it on my heart to motivate people to come out and walk around the park and do some lunges or push ups here and there.

Anyone have any experience with setting something like this up?
