Fitday.com

Just start by searching for the foods you eat regularly. As you add more foods to your diary, they'll be added to your recent foods list, where you can find it faster.

Anyone figured out how to master this? It seems way above my head at this point ! Any help is appreciated. :banghead:

I struggled a little bit at first, but once I really sat down to look at it, it started to get better. I usually just use the food search and type in the most simple element of what you ate, i.e. if you ate scrambled eggs, just type in "egg" and you will be able to choose from a variety of different options. Sometimes I can't find exactly what I'm looking for, and then I usually just log the ingredients that are in it.

You can also scroll down below your logged foods for the day and look at reports on your nutritional intake, your carb/fat/protein distribution, and a bar graph showing you your Recommended Daily %'s.
