Fit Day

I find it quite difficult to use fitday for recording my foods. There are a lot of foods which americans call different names, which can be confusing. It tends to be american brands and foods, and although I try to keep labels I can't always, and certain foods I can't find at all.

Is there a british alternative?

I don't know about a british alternative...but I've gotten used to fitday. It might not call foods by familiar names, but after using it for a couple of months, I've gotten pretty good at finding the right food, or at least a pretty good equivalent there. And you can always do a custom food. I've done that for some of the things that I eat most frequently that I couldn't find using their search function. (the search function does kinda suck though)

That puts you one up on me. I always think I'm using the right words to find what I want...but I come up short. BF does the same search, changes up a word or two...and finds exactly what I'm looking for.

He's the one that found this forum for me. *rolling eyes*

Have I mentioned I love him? lol
