Hi, I am new to this forum. I have been overweight for over 20 yrs (since having kids). I will be turning 50 in 2 years time and I would like to be 80 lbs lighter. Being a busy mum and working full time I have never stuck to any diet or exercise. I have realized that I tire easily and find it really hard to move and this cant go on. I will need all the support and motivation from you. Hope I will stick around this time.
