fish sticks

On average, 6 sticks will be 250 calories, 14g of fat with 3.5g being saturated, 380mg of sodium, 20g of carbs from the breading and 11g of protein. The ingredients aren't the healthiest but I have seen worse. I guess as long as they are not a staple in your diet and only eaten once in a while for a little change they will be ok as long as they fit into your eating requirements.
 
How about pizza?

Someone once told me that pizza is the "least bad" of the junk food menu... Is that true? I guess it must depend on what you order, huh?
