Fish/Seafood Recipies?

Hey yall, my wife and are startin to fish/seafood once a week. Problem is, we don't have any recipies. Does anyone have any good seafood recipies? Thanks!

Good recipes should include fresh lemon juice and fresh dille.
Many type of fresh pesto goes great with (oven)fried fish.

Lately I made this one:
- A good handfull of fresh parsley
- a medium sized tomato
- juice from a whole lemon
- dille, fresh or dried, at least a tablespoon full
- a squirt of mustard or mustard seeds
- unground white pepper
- some cloves of garlic
- salt to taste
- a littlebit olive oil (extra vierge ofcourse)

Put all ingredients in a blender/mixer and it's ready to pour over the fried fish!

Get yourself some catfish..fresh caught is best, farm raised is ok. Try a cajun rub on it. Grill it, or even bake it. Mashed potatoes and asparagus on the side....yummy. Secret to good fish is not to over cook it.

A wise man once said the best way to cook fish is to have a slow waiter carry the raw fish through a hot kitchen.

Tilapia is real good. Snapper, grouper and haddock are delicious also. I grew up on a lake eating trout and salmon every week, so I tend to not buy or order those out anymore, I had my fill(both are very tasty though).

Currently we do Catfish and Salmon. We tried Talapia this week, and I didn't care for it.

How about whiting and flounder?

Never tried either. I've always been big on shellfish, but want to get into regular fish. Do you have a good recipe for flounder or whiting?
