Fish Question..

Is all fish good for you? and how about smoked fish??? I love smoked fish, catfish, and just about any kind of fish... except dog fish :p
 
i don't see why all kinds of fish wouldn't be good for you - you're not frying it right? there are fattier fish but it's unsaturated fat, which is a healthy fat.....
