First time in a weight loss forum

Hi! I'm a newbie here. :waving:This is the first time that i've joined any forums regarding weight loss. I've been battling the bulges for some time and i really need some support to keep me going.
I'm always constantly in search of new weight loss method to try. Currently, i'm researching about detoxification. Any thoughts on this?
 
Welcome new friend! Dont hesitate to ask if you need help navigating the site.. How much weight are you looking to lose thru detox?
 
Hello and welcome! I'm new here too and always interested in learning about what others are doing to become more healthy and lose unwanted weight. I don't know much about detoxification so I'll be interested to hear what others have to say about it and what you find out as well!
 
The best advice I can give is that permanent changes take permanent changes. There is no "diet." Be careful if you do detox programs, some are rather extreme. (Good nutrition and lots of antioxidants are great for "detox!")
 
Mathmajor is right on the money. Diets can really mess you up (your metabolism). If you find something that interest you then post it here and get feed back it might open your eyes up. As far as detox there are to many programs promising the moon--makes you wonder doesn't it?
 
hi! i into trying different type of diets too and hoping one of it will really help me to lose weight. (product name removed_. Heard that it flushes toxins out from body. Same as detoxification right?

Detox for weight loss (actually pretty much most of the detox industry) has been medically debunked as myth and advertising hype. Skip the junk and just go with common sense.


EDIT: actually, you know after some research, this isn't your first time here..is it lynnping/khjoongssi?
