I am aware of the fact that i will never be the size S or pants size 6-8 but i'm shooting for a size healthier and 10. some health problems and a lot of fast food and sweets had turned me into the size i'm now 14-16, but i still have paints that are size 12 and they fit me so i'm not sure anymore. i have a great husband that's helping me with support and motivation but i feel like i need more than that, i need myself to be strong enough to pull this off again, so i will try to keep a diary here, i went on this web 411fit.com and it's a very interessting web should try it out if you feel lost like me
