Hi All,
This is my first experience with any kind of weight lost forum.
Basically I woke up this morning and realized I need to make a change. My weight has been steadily climber for a few years now. In 2006 when I got married I weight 145, this morning I was 178. Thats 33lbs in 3 years
! I want to get this under control now. I have noticed that I am more tired lately and my feet and knees are hurting.
I am hoping that this forum will give me some accountabilty and some support.
My plan to loose weight is to;
1. cut portion
2. make good food decisions
3. 40 minutes of cardio 6 days a week
4. Pilates/yoga 3 days a week
Any one have other suggestions?
