I have a pretty good frame on me. I'm probably at about 9% bf right now, 173lbs 5'7 and 20 years old. My abs still don't show, I'm pretty sure I have to be below 6% bf for the abs to be coming in. I NEED THOSE ABS before I go to mexico on april 16th. For the next few months I have incorperated a few supplements into my diet. I find myself daily taking 6 CLA tabs, 6 fish oil tabs, 3 glucosamine sulphate and 1 multivitamin spread out between 5-6 meals. Starting tomorrow I am also incorperating Animal Stak into my diet plan, for those who don't know it is an anabolic supplement. Taking into consideration that it is not the best thing for my liver, I am cutting out drinking for the next couple months and Marijuana. I'm doing 5 days a week of morning empty stomach cardio and weight training 5 days a week. My diet I'm eating 5-6 meals daily, keeping my protein intake at 150g plus daily, and the only fat im getting is from the tabs of CLA and fishoil im taking unless I am to eat eggs or meat.. No junk. Keeping my carbs about in check with my protein. This is very important to me that I am fully cut for mexico and I have never been shredded before. Hints? Tips? Please I need em!
