First Monthly Update!!!

I was so scared going into my weigh-in/measurements. I started a month ago working out and eating right and that was also when I last weighed and measured myself and this was my weight and measurements

Weight 168 (I thought it was 169 but it wasn't)

Upper Arm: 11"
Chest: 39"
Waist: 34"
Abdomen: 39"
Hips: 41"
Thigh: 26"
Calf: 15"

My weight and measurements now (one month later)

Weight 158, down 10 pounds!!!!

Upper Arm:11
Chest: 37.5 (down 1.5")
Waist: 32.5 (down 1.5
Abdomen: 35.5 (down 3.5)
Hips: 40.5 (down .5)
Thigh 24 (down 2)
Calf 16 (one inch of muscle, ya)

Total inches lost: 9

I am so incredibly happy. Just had to let you guys know!!

This is such great motivation for me as i've got really similar stats to you when i started.

Excellent progress.... you should be so proud! Feed off of this success. And keep in mind that slowdowns in progress will come along and it's not a time to worry, fret, and become frustrated. It will be a time to evaluate your plan of attack and see where tweaks can be made.

Thanks guys. I am planning in a month or 2 to change my workout, do that workout for a couple months then switch back to this one to try to keep my body working and not used to one workout.
