First Day

I'll introduce myself I'm 14, 5' 7'' 130 pounds. I play 3 sports all year round Baseball Basketball and Soccer. I am very athletic and work out a lot. I usually don't eat that healthy though which I'm going to change. Today was my first day now I'd like a lot more tips on what to do and what I should change because I'm sorta Clueless this is what to do.

Breakfast-None which is unusual I know how important breakfast is i just happened to get up late. I usually eat toast at the least if I'm running really late.
Lunch-Our school food is very unhealthy so today I bought a bowl (around a cup) of pineapple. I also ate a little less than a bag of Harvest Cheddar Sun chips which aren't really healthy but not as bad as chips
After School- I had a Turkey Wrap from our school with tomatoes and lettuce
Then I went to baseball and worked out a bit not too much of a workout but there was some conditioning
Dinner-I had 2 pieces of homemade pizza (my dads birthday something special) with no pepperoni.
I drink water throughout the day and i had cran-raspberry juice with dinner.
Now I'll workout a little more and I'll end up eating peanuts maby but I need some kind of snack before bed I believe. I need some help there. I want to know what I should be eating and what I shouldn't be eating from what I showed you. What do i need more of?

You are off to a great start...just being aware of what you are eating and its nutritional value! You will be amazed at how different you will eat once you start.
