That looks pretty good, but I'd really encourage you to register with a site like fitday.com or thedailyplate.com and start tracking your food there. You'll learn more about your food and be better able to make your own decisions about what's healthy and what's not rather than having to ask others to validate your choices. :)

Also "cheat" days are up to you, but I'll tell you that I personally don't believe in "cheat" anything. After all ... who are you "cheating" on but yourself? If you want to have a free day or if you want to work a treat into your plan, that's something YOU have to decide if it's right for you. Some people can handle a treat now and then and enjoy it and some people find that they don't have the willpower to handle a treat and it turns into a free-for-all. Only you can decide where you stand on the matter and how you want to add those things into your plan. :)

I too am new to this forum and I agree with the last post about tracking what you eat and do for exercise. This will allow you to see for yourself what is working and what isn't.
About cheating...I personally would look for results first and try and establish a routine or way of eating that I could live with. After that if you choose to eat something that is very rich in calories, well, it is your decision, but remember, it's a bit like bailing water out of a boat... what ever you let in you are going have to bail out.
Good luck.
