Fine line between low cal and eating disorder

How do you know when you've crossed that line?

Is it when you begin throwing everything out of your fridge because it's been in there a year and has expired? I did that last weekend. All I have in there now is beer, pint of milk, some eggs and a long list of condiments.

What is your daily calorie intake? If you are eating below your minimum level of fat loss calories, I think you may have crossed the line over into an eating disorder. Do you log your calorie intake daily? How many meals do you eat? Here's a good calculator that will help you see how many calories you should be eating per day:

IDK how much I have in a day. I can tell you by the time I get home from work at 5:00 the most I will have is about 300 calories. After that it's a crap shoot and I really don't keep track. I've trained myself so well not to over indulge that it's really not necessary. I guess I'm realizing perhaps I should start monitoring my intake for weight loss reasons but to make sure I don't have an eating disorder.

I'd say 1200 is a good estimate. I eat a lot of nuts so those are very dense with calories. Like I can go through 9 oz of mixed nuts in 3 days easy.

For example, as I post this at nearly noon I've only had 100 calories today. I am not hungry at all. I will probably not eat again until 6 or 7.
