Finding the (appropriate) time

I have gotten into the schedule of exercising daily, cardio every day (about 1 hr), weights every other day (about 1.5 hrs). My DW, who has pushed me for so long to lose weight, now gets mad when I work out in the evening, as it takes away from family time. I am going to reschedule part of my workout for the morning, but cannot do all of them then. Is it wrong of me to be a little offset by this? After all, a part of the reason to lose weight is to have more family time in the future.

When do you all find time to exercise?

DH was the same way, until, I asked him if he would rather me sit with him every evening now and die from a heart attack early, or, allow me to excersise to my goal and then because I wouldn't have to excersise as much and have years of family time. He left me alone then. It may work for you, it may not. I have had to tell him this again, as I just started back up. I get on my elliptical right after cleaning the dinner dishes, which is about 7 - 7:30pm.

I was laid of mid march... so I kinda exercised all over the place. May. 1st I am starting college... so I have started to exercise at 8, after my daughter is in bed. My workout doesn't last longer than an hour. I don't do any weights yet. It works for me... I do my work out, take a shower and then have a little tv time. I am trying to get to bed by 10:30-11:00. I have been getting used to sleeping in, and I need to start reprogramming myself to get up early. I am going to start getting up a half hour earlier each week until school starts. I normally get up about 9 am. Anyways... sorry for the babbling.. but that's what works for me for now.
