finally! those last stubborn 5 lbs :/

i'm working on the last 5 lbs before my boyfriend comes back from sea.. i just need to tone up while hopefully simultaneously losing those 5 pounds...
any advice?
i'm looking for recommendations on dieting that isn't over strict (i'll probably just cut out certain foods) and also how much i should workout without over doing it... more cardio or more weight lifting? ect.

is 2 weeks enough time?
 
We have the same goals :) I'm eating more fruit and vegetables and trying to cut out things such as chocolate and cookies as much as I can. Usually need something sweet everyday but been reaching for fruit and no longer craving :)
Thats the only advice I can suggest really and green tea?

I did it by eating protein for breakfast. It seemed to fill me up longer in a.m. I also loaded up on fiber. With plenty of liquids. Spinach salads worked wonders. Stir in regular excercise.
