finally some pics of me before/during looking for advice

34 year old fater of 1 1/2 year old twin girls. 5 11, 212lbs bodyfat unknown.

1 of my daughters had major heart and head surgery last year and after the dust settled and everything was alright I was inspired to get in better shape so I'll be around for them.

I started at 240lbs, only real before pic I could find as I wasnt posing for many pics :)

I work out 5 times a week m/w/f work on upper body, run for 20 minutes at various inclines and speeds.

t/r lower body and run a 5k straight

I dont plan on getting ripped like some of you guys on this board, though I give you a ton of credit. I'd like to loose this stubron last 10lbs or so Ive been stuck on fo over amonth and maybe add a little size and definition.

I know I could do alot with my diet as right now I just "Watch what I eat", I'm thinking bout doing a weight watchers point count or something along those lines.

Anyway any tips/advice/encouragement is appreciated.
 
Well I'm sorry to hear about ur daughter - how she's ok.

Its clear to see that you made some great changes. well done my man.
 
Both of my daughters are doing great now, but the one had open heart surgery to repair an ASD in her heart a year ago tommorow and last December had a surgery where they had to cut her head open and free a suture in her skull that had fused prematurely, It was very stressfull but if you saw her today you wouldnt know anything was ever wrong with her. I just remained thankfull that the problems she had were all fixable and that her sister was in perfect health. It tought me alot and gave me the push I needed to take better care of myself as well.
