I waited until 61 but suddenly realized I will not make 71 if I don't turn it around. So April fools day I began my quest to lose 200 pounds. I am down 78 so far and a bit discouraged as I think I can do more. I have recently added five days a week of exercise, it has me plateaued at 78 pounds, I hope it is true that muscle ways more than fat, because it is the only reason I can find for the loss stopping.
