Finally got the courage to fight the evil FAT.... need Support

Hi Guys,

So finally I got enough courage enough after disheartening attempts of weight loss earlier as the things are getting critical now for me now.....

I am 125 Kg with 5 ft 7 in height... ya i know thats too much weight for that height and i come under total obese person.... :-(

Now i have decided to shed these extra kilos and want to lead a normal persons life which can give me confidence in job and my social life. I have started my execise regime with approx 40-50 mins of cardio but cannot do much because of already broken knee ligament (its both the knees) so i am able to burn only 400 to 450 cal/day only but i think they will increase with time as i will gain stamina and endurance by being regular in the gym (Just a thought don know if it is correct or not )

So need all your support and if anyone with same body structure and weight can share personal mail IDs like yahoo/msn/gtalk it would be great to have a competition and keep both of us motivated.......



Looking forward to a healthy life with all supprt from u guys......

There are a lot of people here that are your size of bigger - I'm 137kg right now - so don't beat yourself up too much about it. The thing is, you want to change, right?

You are getting some pretty decent exercise in - about what I do in terms of calories burned.

You haven't mentioned your food intake yet, and that is the critical part of the game. What are you eating? What did you eat before you started, and how are you changing it?

Always willing to help and support. I won't wish you luck in your efforts because we don't lose weight because of luck, we lose it through determination and effort. So instead I'll wish you determination and lots of hard work! :)
